Please submit to the CUSE Fellowships Office (233 Geddes Hall) three hard copies of your campus application which will include:

    * your application;

    * your transcript;

    * a one-page study abroad description (cut-n-paste from website is acceptable);

    * the language self-assessment form;

    * and the language proficiency form (optional, but recommended).

Once you’ve printed your application, please also “submit” your online application.  It will be sent to this office (not IIE/NSEP) for review, and can be “un-submitted” for revisions.

Also, your 2-3 letters of reference must be sent directly to the CUSE Fellowships Office via email campus mail or delivered by you in a signed sealed envelope by the campus deadline. Originals only will suffice; copies of the letters will be made by CUSE.
