Boren Scholar Receives Prestigious Awards

Jaime LeBlanc-Hadley, a 2008 Boren Scholar, has received two major awards to study international development policy at the Monterey Institute of International Studies (MIIS).  She was awarded a $10,000 per year merit scholarship from MIIS and a 2010 Thomas R.
