David L. Boren Awards for International Study

Oluwadamilade "Lade" Obamehinti, an engineering student from Southern Methodist University, received a Boren Scholarship to study in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.  She is taking an intensive Swahili language and culture course at the University of Dar Es Salaam while doing a mechanical engineering internship.
