David L. Boren Awards for International Study

Helen Zincavage, a student at the Universtiy of Connecticut, has received a Boren Scholarship to return to Russia.  Last summer, Helen spent five weeks at Moscow State University as part of a program sponsored by the University of Pittsburgh.  This year, she will continue her study of Russian language and culture by using the Boren Scholarship to attend Smolney College in St. Petersburg.
