David L. Boren Awards for International Study

Chelsea Hodgkins, a student at West Virginia University (WVU) majoring in international studies and geography, has been awarded a 2012 Boren Scholarship.  Chelsea has already studied abroad in Malawi and, last April, travelled to Ghana as part of an initiative to install a water filtration system.
